Cedarfield’s Inaugural Vision Award

Cedarfield has always been known for the unique culture that promotes the Pinnacle Living Mission, Vision and Values. Part of what makes Cedarfield so unique is the impressive role the residents play in the community. The residents passion for Cedarfield led them to bestow the very first Vision Award.

Resident Advisory Council Chairperson Dr. Elvira Szigiti presided over the ceremony at the March Town Hall Meeting. The first recipient of the Vision Award is Mattie Heade.

“Any organization would love to have this award winner on their team. We are blessed to know her and honored that we get to spend 8 hours a day with this team member, ” expresses Executive Director Michael Shaw.

Mattie joined Cedarfield in June 2018, but her impact on the residents and team members was immediate. She delivers incredible resident-centered excellence everyday as the lead hostess of fine dining.
