Chapman
Executive Director

Amy brings two decades of senior living leadership experience, dedicating her career to improving residents' lives and fostering supportive, compassionate communities. Amy has also served as Cedarfield's Director of Wellness and Leisure, Administrator of Resident Services and Associate Executive Director. Most recently, she served as the Executive Director of Hermitage Richmond—another Pinnacle Living community. Amy and her husband have two grown children, and when she isn't walking her two German Shorthaired Pointers, she's cheering on her favorite sports teams, doing pottery or working in her garden.

Kaitlyn
Seyler
Associate Executive Director

Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and is committed to establishing best practices and improving the living experience for all residents. She is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Preceptor, a Certified Dementia Practitioner and is Lean Six Sigma certified. Kaitlyn and her husband have two children and a dog, Oliver, and enjoys spending time outdoors, taking in the natural beauty.

Lauren
Burnette
Assisted Living Administrator

Lauren joined the Cedarfield team in 2021 as Household Leader for Morning Glory, where she helped meet the holistic needs of Memory Support residents while managing daily operations. She now serves as Cedarfield's Assisted Living Administrator, overseeing the quality of care and compliance for the Assisted Living neighborhoods. Lauren has a Master's of Gerontology from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a certified Dementia Practitioner.

Lea
Clemmons-Little
Director of Nursing

Lea has over 25 years of nursing and leadership experience in cardiology, geriatrics and care management. She holds a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Michigan and a master's degree in nursing administration from George Mason University and is a member of the public service organization Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Lea is an avid Michigan football fan and enjoys time with her kids and traveling with her husband.

Adler
Director of Sales & Marketing

Emily has been with Cedarfield since August 2022 and enthusiastically shares what makes the community the "Cadillac" of Richmond senior living. Before her time at Cedarfield, Emily worked in marketing for nonprofits in the creative arts, most notably Signature Theatre, a Tony Award-winning theater company in Washington, DC. Emily lives in Richmond with her husband, their dog Lolly and the seven chickens that came with their house.

Stephanie

Human Resources Director

Stephanie has been with Cedarfield since 2004. While attending Potsdam State University, she played college soccer and softball before receiving her bachelor's degree in 1999. After relocating to Binghamton, New York, she entered the long-term care field, working for Elizabeth Church Manor, a United Methodist Homes Community. Stephanie and her husband have been married for over 28 years and have three boys.

Sharyn
Brown
Director of Housekeeping

Sharyn joined Cedarfield in 1999, starting as a housekeeper and soon worked her way up to a lead supervisor role and then Manager of Housekeeping. In 2018, she was named Director of Housekeeping. Sharyn is a member of Mount Calvary Church in Cartersville, VA, where she is the leader of the youth ushers. Sharyn loves playing softball, drag racing, dancing, caring for her nieces and nephews and being around family.

Florence
Brooks
Resident Life and Wellness Director

Florence, an ordained elder in the United Methodist tradition, is passionate about strengthening people to adapt, grow and flourish. As an advocate for elder care, she's authored several presentations, including The Challenges of Thinking and Talking about Growing Older. Florence joined us in 2014 and, before her current role, has served as our Chaplain Manager and Director of Pastoral Services. She and her husband have five children and enjoy time with family, exploring Virginia parks, reading and textile arts.

David
Taylor
Business Office Director

David has been with Cedarfield since April of 2022. He was born in Raleigh, NC, and moved to Richmond at the age of 3. He attended Virginia Commonwealth University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. He has three grown children and enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, and their four kitties.

Ingram-Adkins
Healthcare Administrator

Brittany has been with Cedarfield since 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration and is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Since joining Cedarfield, she has worked through the healthcare renovation and completed the Medicare certification survey with zero deficiencies. Brittany and her husband enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Amanda
Kelly
Executive Assistant

Amanda has over 15 years of experience in the senior living field and believes working with seniors provides vast opportunities to learn and grow from their experiences. She has held various roles within Cedarfield and Hermitage Richmond, both Pinnacle Living communities. When away from work, Amanda spends her time with her two children, and you can typically find her with them at a sports complex.
